Our company began in 1964, and have been supplying New Zealand, and the International Seafood Market with premium quality fresh eel and seafood products for nearly 3 generations. All of our fish are wildly caught from local lakes and rivers, relocated and processed in New Zealand's premier facility. From here our products are delivered to customers all over the world.
Our supply chain has remained the same since we began, we collect the fish directly from our fishermen at the riverside where they were caught.
New Zealand Eel works strictly under the Quota Management System to protect the longevity of our industry.

Fresh eel fillets are processed fresh daily and prepared by our skilled fishmongers. They can be packaged in bulk or individually vacuum packed to increase shelf life.
Fresh eel fillets will stay fresh for 3 days.
